摘要
介绍了一套真空环境的热导率测试实验装置,测量了一种进口热解石墨箔在液氮温区到室温范围内的热导率。通过功率修正的方法得到了石墨薄膜热导率与温度的关系,平均误差在5%以内,为工程应用提供了数据支持。
A set of experimental equipment measuring thermal conductivity in vacuum environment was introduced.The thermal conductivity of a kind of pyrolytic graphite sheet was measured from liquid nitrogen temperature to room temperature.Finally,the relationship between the thermal conductivity of pyrolytic graphite sheet and its temperature was obtained by the method of power correction and the average error was less than 5%.
