基于项目的工程机械专业特色人才培养研究

文章基于沈阳建筑大学人才培养定位,借鉴机械设计制造及其自动化特色专业培养经验,以工程机械特色专业建设与人才培养为目标,研究基于项目的工程机械专业特色人才培养模式,从工程机械专业的培养方案修订与完善、课程体系的调整与优化、项目体系的构建与实施等方面进行了分析与研究,为探索教学型高校的工程机械类高素质应用型人才培养提供了依据。

Based on the talent training objective of Shenyang Jianzhu University and training experiences of mechanical design manufacturing and automation specialty,aimed at specialty construction and talent training of engineering machinery specialty,this paper researched characteristics talents training mode of engineering machinery specialty based on the project,analyzed the revise and improvement of the training plan,the balance and optimization of the course system,the construction and implement of the project system.It explored application-oriented talents training of engineering machinery specialty in teaching-oriented college.
