摘要
叙述了2011年前三季度,山西省工业能源消费基本情况及特点,分析了完成全年节能降耗目标面临的制约和挑战,指出,后3个月,应充分认识节能降耗形势的紧迫性,以更有力的措施,切实抓紧抓好节能降耗工作,确保全年任务目标顺利完成,提出,完成全年节能降耗目标的政策建议。
Described industrial energy consumption situation and characteristics in the first three quarters of 2011 in Shanxi Province of basic, analyzed restrict and challenge to complet the annual energy saving targets, put forward saving energy and reducing consumption in last 3 months should be fully aware of the urgency situation to finish the annual energy saving targets.
