江西省耕地资源及其可持续利用

CULTIVATED LAND RESOURCES AND ITS SUSTAINABLE UTILIZATION IN JIANGXI PROVINCE

建国近５０年来，江西耕地资源的演变大致可分为递增期、稳定期、锐减期、递减期和下滑期。江西耕地资源具有复种指数高、水田多、旱地少、类型多、分布广的特点。目前、江西耕地资源存在着４个方面的问题：①耕地面积不断减少。人地矛盾日益突出；②质量下降．退化严重；③生产力低；④后备资源不足。为了实现耕地资源的可持续利用．提出以下对策和建议：①加强法制教育：②调整用地结构：③强化养地措施；④改善农田条件；⑤提高耕地效益；⑥开发后备资源．实行综合开发。

Since the foundation of the People's Republic of China. in Jiangxi province. the cultivated land resources has undergone five periods, they are increasing slowly period. stable period. fast decreasing period, decreasing slowly period. and accelerated decreasing period. The cultivated land resources is characterized by high multiple cropping index. big area in paddy field. and small area in upland field. and many types and wide distribution. At present. there are four problems in the cultivated land resources in Jiangxi province, which are: ①the area of cultivated land is decreasing continuously. and the contradiction between people and cultivated land is more and more obviously; ② the quality of cultivated land is deteriorating; ③ the productivity of cultivated land is decreasing; ④the area of reserved cultivated land is smaller and smaller. In order to use the cultivated land resources sustainability and promote the development of sustainable agriculture in Jiangxi province in the 21^(st) century, six countermeasures and suggestions are raised. which are :① to strengthen legal education; ② to adjust the structure of land utilization; ③ to intensify the nourishing system of farmland; ④ to improve the farmland condition; ⑤ to increase the efficiency of cultivated land; ⑥ to exploit the reserved cultivated land resources.
