胶原基复合海绵保留了胶原的优良特性,并克服了胶原自身的缺点,具有优异的使用性能。本文综述了胶原基海绵在创伤敷料、止血、组织工程支架、药物控制释放载体等方面的应用特点及性能,展望了该领域未来的发展趋势和发展方向。
Collagen based composite sponge retains the excellent characteristics of collagen fibers, and overcomes some of their shortcomings and deficiencies, so that it has excellent use performance. This article reviews the collagen composite sponge in wound dressing, haemostasis, tissue engineering scaffold materials, drug controlled delivery carrier and other aspects of the application characteristics and performance, prospects the future development trend and direction of development.
