摘要
概述热法磷酸的生产现状,以及燃磷锅炉的结构和原理;将"热法磷酸余热(2.5t/h蒸汽)回收"燃磷锅炉,嫁接在一步法30kt/a热法磷酸装置中,目的是回收蒸发量为2.5t/h蒸汽余热,通过技术整改,生产装置安全、生产可操作持续稳定,装置产生很好的经济效益。
The manufacturing and mechanism of furnace burning status of phosphoric acid by furnace process was summarized, while the structure phosphorus. Aim to recover steam afterheat as evaporation capacity being 2.5t/ h, the afterheat (2.5t/h steam) recovery of furnace burning phosphorus in phosphoric acid by furnace was grafted to one -step phosphoric acid by furnace process. By technical reform, the manufacturing process was continuous and stable, so that device produced good economic benefits.
