摘要
在介绍INBA水碎系统的工艺流程、工艺参数的基础上,分析了生产调试中出现的问题,吉恩镍业15 kt/a镍技术改造工程为国内首次采用INBA水碎工艺处理高冰镍,该系统在设计、安装、生产上均取得了成功,为今后类似工程积累了宝贵经验。
On the basis of introducing process flow and parameters of INBA water crushing system,the paper analyzes many problems arose from production commissioning.15 kt/a nickel technical renovation project carried out by Jien Nickel Industry Co.,Ltd firstly adopts INBA water crushing process to treat high nickel matte.This system has success in design,installation and production and accumulates valuable experiences for similar projects in future.
