摘要
主要论述了微生物絮凝剂的提纯及应用研究。絮凝剂产生菌Azomonassp .的发酵液经离心沉淀后 ,其上清液经丙酮萃取、乙醚洗涤和冷冻干燥得到了絮凝剂产品。废水絮凝实验表明 ,该菌种所产絮凝剂不仅絮凝效果明显 ,而且具有良好的脱色性能。
Purification and application of bioflocculant are reported. The bioflocculant is isolated by ultra centrifugation, extraction with acetone, abstertion with aether and desiccation. The flocculating experiments of several actual wastewater with this product show good flocculating and decoloring effect.
