摘要
Wnt信号通路是参与发育过程的关键信号网络,能够参与组织特化和细胞迁移等的发育过程。Wnt信号通路在成体动物组织内稳态的维持过程中同样发挥着重要的作用,异常的Wnt信号常与多种癌症的发生密切相关。本文概述了近两年来Wnt信号通路的激活机制、与其他功能蛋白和通路间的交互影响及其在发育和疾病方面的最新进展。
The Wnt pathways represent key signaling networks involved in development, such as tissue specification and in cellular migration. And it also plays essential roles in tissue homeostasis in adult animals. Aberrant Wnt signaling often relates to several forms of cancer. Our work highlights the outstanding work related to activation mechanism of Wnt signaling,the interplay between Wnt signaling and functional protein or pathway and its role in development and diseases over the past few years.
