摘要
目的:探讨护理对乳腺癌术后化疗患者生活质量的影响。方法:将乳腺癌术后化疗患者随机分为两组,对照组30例实施常规护理;研究组38例实施综合护理,观察两组患者生活质量变化。结果:与对照组相比,研究组患者生活质量明显提高(P<0.05),毒副反应较轻(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理措施可显著提高乳腺癌术后化疗期患者生活质量。
Objective：To study the influence of nursing on quality of life of breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy after surgery.Methods：68 patients with breast cancer after chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups,the control group（30 patients）were given routine care,the study group（38 patients）were given comprehensive care,the differences in quality of life of two groups were observed.Results：The study group of patients significantly improved the quality of life status（P0.05）,and the toxicity lighter than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Nursing can effectively increase the quality of life of breast cancer patients receiving postoperative chemotherapy.
