摘要
目的:加强医院感染管理,有效预防和控制医院感染的发生,保障医疗安全。方法:采用环境卫生学和消毒药械效能消毒监测,建立风险度的数学模型。结果:空气样本合格率81.1%,物体表面样本合格率91.4%,工作人员手的合格率85.6%,紫外线灯的合格率89.7%。据RC=Σ(JiXi),计算24家医院的RC为(4,22)。结论:采用消毒监测对风险度评估简单、客观。
Objective：To strengthen the hospital infection management,effectively prevent and control the hospital infection,ensure medical safety.Methods：Environmental monitoring,disinfection effect detection and efficacy monitoring,establish mathematical model of risk degree.Results：Air sample pass rate of 81.1%,the object surface sample pass rate of 91.4%,the staff hand pass rate of 85.6%,the ultraviolet lamp pass rate of 89.7%.According to RC=Σ（JiXi）,RC for the 24 hospitals is（4,22）.Conclusion：The risk degree by monitoring is simple and objective.
