摘要
社会高速发展和转型期出生的90后大学生存在明显群体特征,大学生自我教育这个一命题遇到了新的挑战。高校学生工作者要调查研究,根据90后大学生的开放、智慧、价值观模糊、崇尚自我、理想缺失等特点,发现其长处,引导和激发学生自主意识,构建90后大学生自我教育新模式,提升高校学生工作者的管理水平,让大学生自我教育在新时代焕发新的生机,取得育人实效。
College students born in the 1990s during the period of rapid social development and transformation have clear characteristics as a group that brings new challenge for the traditional concept of college students' self-education.College students affairs educators should do research and investigation considering these students' characteristics of openness,intelligence,vague values,self advocating and lacking of ideals,find their merits,guide and inspire their self consciousness,so as to construct new model of the students self-education,promote the management level,renew the education in the new era,and achieve practical effect in students education.
