Discussion of Relationship of Civil Society,Rule of Law Society and Harmonious Society from Perspective of Social Governance

分析公民社会、法治社会与和谐社会的内涵,三者的基本精神具有一致性,既自成体系又一脉相通。公民社会提倡善治,法治社会强调法治,善治与法治也应是和谐社会的基本特征。法治社会与公民社会二者相辅相成,共同促进社会和谐。建设公民社会与法治社会是建设和谐社会的必由之路,也是对社会治理途径与成本分析所得出的必然结果与路径选择。

By the analysis of the connotation of civil society, rule of law society and a harmonious society, the basic spirit of the three is consistency, both self-contained and vein connected. Civil society promotes good governance. The rule of law society emphasizes the rule of law. Good governance and rule of law should be the basic characteristics of a harmonious society. The rule of law society and civil society work together to promote social harmony between the two complement each other. It is concluded that to build a civil society and the rule of law society is the only way to build a harmonious society. It is also an inevitable result and the path of the choice on the basis of means of social government and cost analysis.
