摘要
短篇小说《莫斯小姐的一天》是小说家凯瑟琳.曼斯菲尔德的名作,作者对人物传神的刻画使得文章大放异彩。这篇小说的一个写作特色是大量直接引用人物的内心独白和对话,就此特点从叙事学的两个表现手法来探讨分析该篇小说,以期展现曼斯菲尔德在这篇小说中的独特写作艺术。
As an English short story writer, Katherin Mansfield plays a key role in the history of English literature. The short story ＂Pictures＂ is one of Katherine Mansfield＇s famous works, which is outstanding for its psychological descriptions. The story is analysed from two perspectives of narratology： interior monologue and direct speech.
