摘要
近百年来,我国高校教师薪酬水平的历史变迁可分为4个阶段。在上世纪二三十年代,高校教师的薪酬处于最高水平,然后逐步下降,在改革开放前后达到最低水平,此后又逐步提高。但是与其他知识密集型行业职工相比,目前高校教师的薪酬水平仍然偏低。可见高校教师薪酬水平的高低并不完全取决于当时的经济发展水平,而是取决于政府和社会的重视程度。高校师资水平及其国际地位的提高离不开高水平薪酬体系的支撑,因此,要保持其薪酬水平在社会中的领先地位。
The historical evolution of Teachers' Salary Level in Chinese Colleges and Universities since 1900s could be divided into four stages.In the twenties and thirties of last century,teachers' salary was at the highest level,and then gradually declined,before and after reform and opening-up it reached the lowest level,followed by gradually improving.Compared with the knowledge intensive industry workers at present,the teacher's salary level is still low.Teachers' salary level does not depend solely on the economic development level,but depends on the degree of importance of government and society.The high level salary system is very important to improve the teachers' level and international status of a college or university,so we need maintain their salary level in a leading position in the society.
