一种改进的管壳式热交换器设计方法

摘要 在管壳式热交换器的常规设计方法中,需先估算传热面积后确定换热器结构设计、再进行换热和压降校核,从而导致设计过程的复杂化和结构尺寸的多次调整。针对这一现状,提出了根据实际传热面积与计算传热面积比需满足裕度要求进而确定实际管长的反推法,剔除了估算面积计算这一环节的新思路,并举例进行了具体说明。该设计方法充分利用了面积裕度要求这一关键条件,有助于找准设计的关键点,使得设计思路更加清晰,提高了热交换器的设计效率。 For the traditional design method of shell and tube heat exchangers, the procedure includes firstly esti- mating heat transfer area and then designing the exchanger structure, finally verifying the requirements of heat transfer and pressure losses. The traditional method leads the design process complex and structure dimensions to adjust repeatedly. Based on the limitation of the ratio of actual heat transfer area to computed area, an improved method is presented to determine the actual tube length without the step of estimating the initial heat transfer area. An example is given for illustrating the application of present method. The improved method makes designers with clear ideas and key points and promotes the efficiency of heat exchanger design.
