中外研究者视野中的金融危机与高等教育

Domestic and Foreign Scholars' Research of Higher Education and Financial Crisis

就2007年爆发的金融危机对美国高等教育产生的深刻影响,概述了中外研究者的相关成果,归纳认为:国外学者多从微观视角对高等教育最直接的利益群体进行分析;国内学者则主要从理论上分析危机产生的根源及中美两国所受影响的对比并提出指导性的建议和总结;现有文献存在的缺憾和不足主要包括研究数据的缺失、主客观因素的分析不够全面、未对政府和高校的应对措施实效性进行检验以及缺少系统的分析工具等。

The financial crisis out-broken in 2007 has a profound impact on the American higher education.Numerous domestic and foreign scholars have investigated the issue from different points of view.The relevant literatures are summarized in this paper.Foreign scholars＇ researches focus on the micro level and mainly study the most direct benefit groups of higher education;but domestic scholars mainly investigate the cause of the financial crisis,compare the crisis＇s impact on Chinese and American higher education,and propose some recommendations.Finally,this paper points out the limitations and deficiencies of current researches,such as the insufficiency of research data,in-comprehensive analysis of subjective and objective factors,non-inspection of the effectiveness of the responses by the government and universities,and lack of systematic analysis tools.
