摘要
分析指出实习生低工作忠诚度的原因在于其与正式员工的差异,结合三家企业管理实习生的经验,提出从定岗定编、强化人力资源规划、加强文化建设等角度提高实习生的工作忠诚度。
The lower level of interns work loyalty is due to their differences from the regular employees.Based on an analysis on the intern management of three enterprises,the paper suggests improving the work loyalty of interns through fixing the posts and defining personnel quota,enhancing human resource planning and strengthening cultural construction.
