高职院校校外实训基地的健康发展

On Healthy Development of Off-Campus Training Base of Higher Vocational Colleges

通过对多所高职院校校外实训基地管理与使用情况的调查,分析了目前高职院校校外实训基地管理与使用中存在的主要问题,针对存在的问题,论述了在工学结合教育模式下,有利于校外实训基地健康发展的多项措施,最后指出高职院校校外实训基地健康发展应注意的几个问题。

Major problems existing in the management and use of off-campus training base are pointed out based on the results of an investigation conducted in some higher vocational colleges.Directing at the problems,the paper expounded measures which help prompt the healthy development of the off-campus training bases in the context of work-learning integration.Several issues which need attention in the process of healthy development are also presented.
