Based on the study of the basic properties of double Quantale module,the colimits of the category of double Quantale modules are discussed.The concrete structure of the colimits of the category of double Quantale modules is obtained,and so it is proved that the category is cocomplete.It is a supplement to the known properties of the category of double Quantale modules.
