大一学生刚进校不久,面对一个全新的环境和人际关系,面临新环境产生的压力与探索未知的兴趣,使其自觉不自觉地顺从于新环境中的条件约束,希望得到认可和帮助,这是教师取得学生信任,帮助学生建立新秩序、养成好习惯的机遇期。学生对未知的一切充满着好奇,他们需要有人帮助和指引,而新生适应性教育正是满足了这种需求。

Facing the new environment and people,the stress from the new environment and the interest in discovering the unknown things,freshmen who are unfamiliar with the school will consciously or unconsciously submit to the restrictions of the new environment,and want to be approved and helped.This is the best time for tutors to obtain trust from students,help them to establish new orders and form good habits as well.Freshmen are curious about everything unknown and in need of some help and guidance,which can be meted by the education of freshmen adaptability.
