目前交通建设中施工环境恶化的原因日趋复杂、矛盾种类多样。包括业主与沿线组织、居民之间的矛盾以及施工方与沿线集体、个人之间的矛盾等。承包商应从文明施工、秋毫不犯,依靠政府、友好协商,及时调解、防患未然三方面出发,积极化解矛盾、主动争取好的施工环境,为我国交通建设事业做出贡献。
