传统产业集群技术创新特征比较分析

A Comparative Analysis on Characteristics of Technological Innovation in Traditional Industrial Clusters

由于产业组织形式的差异,传统制造业产业集群可以分为马歇尔式集群和轮轴式集群两种类型,两类集群的企业技术创新特征具有明显差异。本文根据企业技术创新的动力、能力和阻力三个维度,分析了两类集群中企业产品创新和工艺创新上的表现,对两类集群中不同企业技术创新特征进行了探讨和归纳,并针对两类集群技术创新上面临的困境提出相关建议。

According to the difference of the industrial organization forms,the traditional industrial clusters can be classified into two types-Marshallian clusters and Hub-and-spoke clusters,which display the remarkable different characteristics in technological innovation.Based on three dimensions of technological innovation which can be defined as motivation,capability and obstruction,this paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics in product innovation and process innovation.Therefore,it is necessary to adopt different measures in the light of specific conditions in different types of clusters.
