高校青年自组织的发展状况调查——以江苏徐州各大高校为例

Research on Youth Self-Organization in Colleges——Based on the Cases of all Colleges in Xuzhou,Jiangsu Province

高校青年自组织是一种非正式组织,它指的是那些没有在学校社团管理部门登记注册的组织。伴随网络技术兴起及其在大学生中的普及,传统的大学生交流方式也发生变化。基于兴趣爱好、网络平台等因素,近些年出现了网络青年自组织。这些网络青年自组织对大学生们的思想观念以及成长产生了很大影响。以江苏省徐州市的各大高校为例,分析研究高校网络青年自组织的现状与发展,并就如何管理好网络青年自组织提出建议。

Youth self-organization in colleges is an unofficial organization,which refers to that is not registered in college society administration department.With the development of the internet and the popular with the students,the traditional communication has changed.Based on the interest and internet,there is internet youth self-organization.These Internet youth self-organizations have an influence on the students＇ thoughts and growth.Taking the cases of all colleges in Xuzhou,Jiangsu province as examples,the thesis analyzes the performances and development,and gives advices about how to take care of the youth self-organization in colleges.
