政府网络新闻发言人制度是政府掌控、引导舆情的新举措。目前,政府网络新闻发言人在及时、准确地发布权威信息、消除误解、化解矛盾、引导网络舆论方面发挥了较大的作用,但是也存在着制度建设不完善、反馈不及时、交流不平等等一些问题。本文力求辩证地分析这一制度的优越性与缺失。
