基于工作过程为导向的高职《导游实务》课程改革探讨

The Work Process-oriented Reform and Implementation of the Course of Tour Guide Practice in Vocational College

为了实施高职教育教学改革,深入开展专业建设与课程改革,不断提高教学质量,通过对高职《导游实务》课程的定位与分析,以导游工作过程为导向对本课程进行了系统的设计与改革。提出以导游工作过程为线索,设计模块化课程来分解、模拟工作情景,以"显性课程"为主,"隐性课程"为补充,通过课程的"三次实施",逐步建立模块化、多层次、多维度、开放性、科学可行、符合高职导游专业人才培训要求的导游实务课程体系。以模块4——导游接站服务为例,对课程设计的教学实施提供具体的示例。

To implement teaching reform in vocational college,carry out specialty construction and course reform,and keep improving teaching quality,the author,through orientation and analysis to the course of Tour Guide Practice,suggests the work process-oriented design and reform to the course.The author suggests designing modularized course to disintegrate simulated working scenario with the operation process as a clue.The course design mainly works on overt course,but on covert course as well.Three times of implementation of the course will help establish a course system of tour guide practice which is modularized,open,scientific and feasible with multilevel and multi-dimension and can meet the needs of cultivating tour guides in vocational college.Then modular unit 4 is chosen as example to analyze.
