摘要
传统高职民法教学注重理论,轻视实践,不符合高等职业教育的培养目标,,因此在教学中,以任务驱动为核心,选择合适的教学方法和评价方法,成为民法课程改革,以提高学生职业能力的选择。
Traditional vocational Civil law teaching emphasis on theory,contempt of practice,does not meet the training objectives of higher vocational education,teaching as task-driven the core,selects the appropriate teaching methods and evaluation methods,as reform to improve students' career ability of choice.
