EQ Cultivation of Hospitality in Higher Vocational Colleges

通过日常的教学和学生在酒店的实习实践,笔者发现高职酒店管理专业学生情商缺失严重的现象。文章分析了高职酒店管理专业学生情商缺失原因,指出了学生情商提升的重要性并提出了相应的情商培养的途径。

Through daily teaching and Ss＇ internship in hotels,I found that deficiency of Ss＇ EQ in higher vocational colleges existed.The article analyses the reasons why the Ss＇ EQ are seriously deficient.What＇s more,the article focuses on the importance of EQ promotion in hospitality and put forwards some approaches.
