摘要
作者从多年企业系统管理实践的角度出发,分析阐述了企业生产经营的宗旨,全面质量管理(TQM)的特性及在企业管理中的地位,质量管理制度与企业管理制度的关系,TQM的管理思想、方法对做好企业方方面面管理的基础作用,以及TQM持续改进和PDCA方法等是推动企业各方面管理改善的有效途径等管理理论和实践事实,从而得出了抓住企业的TQM,就等于抓住了企业管理的"牛鼻子",进而引出了开展以TQM为纲的企业管理的主张。
On the basis of experiences in enterprise management over years,the author analyzes and elaborates some important management theories including the characteristics of Total Quality Management(TQM) and its role in enterprise management,the relationship between quality management system and enterprise management system,the basic function of TQM ideas and methods to enterprise management in all respects,and TQM continual improvement and PDCA method is effective way to drive all-side management improvement.Thereby,it is concluded that making a good job of TQM is crucial for enterprise management,and then the argument of promoting TQM-guided enterprise management is introduced.
