摘要
针对工业现场环境振动复杂、多变的情况,构建基于多分辨率小波去噪的锂电池膜厚扫描系统,实现激光传感器对锂电池涂层的动态扫描的标定。实验结果表明:该标定新方法明显优于传统标定方法,检测精度(均方差)可以达到0.37μm。
For building discontinuous dynamic scanning of film thickness of lithium battery system,lithium battery thickness calibration under industrial environment is realized based on multi-resolution wavelet algorithm for dynamic noise reduction.The results show that calibration accuracy(MSE) reaches 0.37μm,compared with the traditional method.
