Curriculum Design of Practical Teaching Course for English Major Based on Teaching Philosophy of "Simulated Company"

以能力为本"工学结合"的高职教育目标,遵循德国"商务模拟公司"的教学理念,通过对"模拟公司"教学理念的介绍,从教学目标、教学内容、教学方法和实训评估体系四个方面详细阐述了国际商务模拟的课程教学框架以及保障实训实施效果的必要条件。

This paper focuses on achieving the target of implementing competency-based education in higher vocational education.Following the teaching philosophy of ＂Simulated Company＂,the author established a relatively comprehensive teaching model for International Business Simulation course.Based on general introduction of the teaching philosophy of ＂Simulated Company＂,key points about how to design the teaching framework to guarantee the training effects are discussed from the aspects of the teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods,and practical teaching assessing systems.
