摘要 通过两种锻造方案试制TC4合金450 mm超大规格棒材。分析了两种方案生产的棒材组织、力学性能和探伤杂波水平的差异。结果表明:铸锭经过镦-拔工艺开坯,进行1次"高低高"锻造,然后在相变点以下30~50℃进行变形量大于85%的成品锻造,可生产出组织和力学性能满足GJB 1538标准要求、探伤满足GB/T 5193-A级要求的TC4合金450 mm大规格棒材,且棒材的组织均匀性好。 The large-sized TC4 bars with 6450 mm were trial -manufactured by using two solutions, to analysis the discrepancy of transverse and longitudinal structure, mechanical properties and flaw detection clutter level. The results show that the bars produced can meet the mechanical properties in GJB 1538, meet GB/T5193-A level in flaw detection, and with good homogeneity of structure by using the forging process that intermediate forging adopt "highlow-high" at a time after upsetting-pull breakdown process, and the forging of finished products is performed under the temperature 25- 45 ℃ below the phase transition temperature and the deformation of the finished forging is greater than 85%.
