摘要
通过不同浓度赤霉素的处理,对香椿的产量和品质进行了研究。结果表明,不同浓度赤霉素对香椿产量和品质有明显影响。其中赤霉素100 mg.L-1处理增产效果最为明显,平均单芽重、单株产量、单位面积产量均达到了最大值,分别为8.62 g、12.35 g、563.68 g.m-2,比对照分别增产了46.6%、49.33%和53.21%;赤霉素100 mg.L-1在各处理中对品质影响最显著,粗蛋白、粗脂肪及粗纤维均达到了最低值,分别为59.98 g.kg-1,16.34 g.kg-1和21.54 g.kg-1,比对照分别下降了33.81%、34.53%和39.64%。
Researches were conducted on the yield and quality of Chinese toona by using different concentrations of gibberellin treatment.The results showed that different concentrations of gibberellin would affect the yield and quality of Chinese toona.Amons these treatments,use of gibberellin 100 mg·L-1 had a very obvious effect in increasing production,the average single bud weight,yield per plant,yield per unit area reached the maximum value,being 8.62 g,12.35 g and 563.68 g·m-2,respectively,and respectively increasing the production of 46.6%,49.33% and 53.21% than contrast.The gibberellin 100 mg·L-1 treatment had the most significant effect and the quality,crude protein,crude fat and crude fiber of Chinese toona would reach a minimum value,respectively being 59.98 g·kg-1,16.34 g·kg-1 and 21.54 g·kg-1,and respectively decreasing by 33.81%,34.53% and 39.64% than contrast.
