摘要
水下穿越管道敷设后,管道可能受浮力作用而漂浮,造成管段上抬、悬空或振动,从而使管道产生局部应力破坏,因此,保证管道稳定已成为管道水下施工过程中一个非常重要的问题。基于管重与浮力的关系,文章研究了管道浮力平衡压袋稳管技术,具体介绍了平衡压袋材料要求、结构形式和施工技术要点。该稳管技术具有施工周期短、成本低、操作方便、不损伤管道防腐层等优点,可为从事管道工程的科研、设计人员提供参考。
After a pipeline laid underwater, the pipeline would be floated by buoyancy.This would cause upheaval, hanging or vibration, and enable pipeline cracking by local stress.Therefore, the pipeline stabilization has been a very important problem in pipeline construction.Based on the relation between pipe-weight and buoyancy, this paper researches the pipeline stabilization technique with balancing pressure bags against buoyancy, which includes the material requirements and structural form of balancing pressure bags and the construction technique key points.The stabilization technique has the virtues of short construction period,cheap cost, easy operation and undamage to pipeline anticorrosion coatings.It offers references to the personnel who engage in research and design work of pipeline engineering.
