裂解炉对流段模块吊装用平衡梁的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 裂解炉对流段模块吊装是裂解炉施工安装中的重点和难点,由于模块外形尺寸大,重量重,迎风面大,结构刚性差,易变形,模块衬里易被破坏,因此如何避免吊装过程中模块发生变形是吊装施工的关键,设计、制造合适的平衡梁可以优质高效地完成对流段模块的吊装任务。文章探讨了长方形框式平衡梁和桁架式平衡梁的应用场合,桁架式平衡梁因整体结构稳定、制作简单、使用方便,可以最大程度地解决模块在长度方向上刚性较差、容易变形的问题,因此对于重量较重且长度尺寸较大的裂解炉对流段模块,宜采用桁架式平衡梁进行吊装;而对于长度尺寸不大的裂解炉对流段模块,可以采用长方形框式平衡梁或桁架式平衡梁进行吊装。 Hoisting a cracking furnace convection module is a key difficult task in cracking furnace installation.Owing to the characteristics of cracking furnace convection module, such as large size, considerable weight, big windward area, low rigidity, easy structural deformation and module liner breakage, how to avoid module deformation in hoisting process is the key to the hoisting construction, and the suitably designed and fabricated balance beam can effectively fulfill the task of hoisting the convection module.This article discusses the applicability of the rectangular box-type balance beam and the truss-type balance beam.There are many advantages of the truss-type balance beam: stable integral structure, easy to make and use, solving the problems of low rigidity and easy deformation along the length direction of the module.Therefore, the truss-type balance beam should be used for hoisting the heavier convection module with greater lengthwise length; the rectangular box-type balance beam or truss-type balance beam can be used for hoisting the convection module with smaller length and size.
