摘要
针对近年来不断出现的大型炼化建设项目,介绍了项目管理承包、一体化项目管理团队、工程总承包等炼化项目建设管理模式及其优缺点,列举了国内10项大型炼化建设项目,阐述了这些项目所采用的管理模式,对比了工期控制情况。通过汇总分析,总结了大型炼化建设项目管理方面的经验,提出了炼化建设项目管理的一些特色做法。
Aiming at the frequently emerging large oil refinery construction projects in recent years, this article presents the management modes and features of large oil refinery construction projects, including Project Management Contracting, Integrated Project Management Team, EPC, etc.Moreover, it enumerates ten large domestic oil refinery projects, than illustrates their management modes and compares their construction period control measures.Finally, it summarizes the management experience of large oil refinery construction projects and provides some characteristic approaches.
