氪黄、绿激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变

Treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy with krypton yellow and green laser photocoagulation

目的 :评价氪黄、绿激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变 (centralserouschori oretinopathy ,CSC)的疗效。方法 :将 1 3 8例经眼底血管荧光造影确诊为CSC患者中的 1 0 6例 1 1 2只眼采用氪黄、绿激光治疗作为光凝组 ,3 2例 3 3只眼药物治疗作为对照组。观察两组的视力变化、治愈率、复发率、并发症及光凝组病程与治愈速度的关系 ,并进行统计分析。结果 :光凝组视力由术前的 0 58±0 3 0增至光凝后的 0 89± 0 2 9(P <0 0 5) ,治愈率为 98 2 % ,复发率为 5 4 % ,无明显并发症发生 ;对照组视力由术前 0 59± 0 3 2增至术后的 0 76± 0 3 0 ,治愈率为 63 6% ,复发率为 3 6 4 %。光凝组治疗前病程越短 ,治愈率越高 ,恢复速度越快。结论 :氪黄、绿激光治疗CSC ,可以显著地提高视力和治愈率 ,降低复发率 ,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。早期治疗尤具重要意义。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of krypton yellow and green laser on CSC Methods:Among 138 patients with CSC 112 eyes of 106 patients were treated with krypton yellow and green laser photocoagulation,and 33 eyes of 32 patients were treated with medicine only as control group To observe visual acuity,recovery rate,recurrence rate in two groups,and relationship of course and curation speed in treatment group Results:The visual acuity of the treatment group was 0 58±0 30,0 89±0 29 before and after treatment respectively (P<0 05)。The recovery rate was 98 2%,and recurrence rate was 5 4%,with no significant complications The visual acuity of the control group was 0 59±0 32,0 76±0 30 before and after treatment respectively The recovery and recurrence rate was 63 60%,36 4% respectively Shorter the course was,the recovery rate and speed would be higher Conclusion:Krypton yellow and green laser photocoagulation is safe and effective for CSC,it can significantly improve visual acuity,recovery rate and decrease recurrence rate,especially at early stage of the disease
