摘要
针对化工七厂P-106泵经常出现的机械密封泄漏现象进行分析,从改善机械密封的工作环境入手,在分析及计算的基础上进行改造,使机械密封的冲洗、冷却和润滑的效果得到大幅改善,降低了设备故障率,节约了检维修费用,创造了较大的经济效益。
The leakage in the mechanical seal used in P-106 pump was analyzed in this article. Based on the analysis and calculation, and from the respect of mechanical seal application environment, the processes of cleaning, cooling and lubricating were improved. After these improvements, the equipment fault rate has been decreased, the maintenance cost has been saved and the economic profit has been created.
