摘要
热壁加氢反应器的广泛应用,使高温高压临氢环境的设备用材得到迅猛发展,作为低回火脆性的1.25Cr-0.5Mo-Si钢在相关石化行业中也得到大量的应用。就加氢反应器的失效形式,结合国内外对加氢反应器腐蚀破坏的规定,对1.25Cr-0.5Mo-Si钢的选材设计从氢腐蚀、氢脆、高温硫化氢与氢腐蚀、连多硫酸应力腐蚀及Cr-Mo钢回火脆性等的角度,阐述了其冶炼方法及化学成分限制。结合加氢反应器的特性,提出了1.25Cr-0.5Mo-Si钢在一定热处理状态下的力学性能要求。
With the feature of low temper embrittlement, 1.25Cr-0.5Mo-Si steel has been widely applied in petrochemical industry. In this paper, with respect to the failure mode of hydrogenating reactors and combined with the standards at home and abroad, the melting method and chemical composition limit was stated from the view points of hydrogen corrosion, hydrogen embrittlement, hydrogen sulfide corrosion under high temperature, polythionic acid corrosion and temper embrittlement. Then, combined with the feature of hydrogenating reactor, the requirements for the mechanical characteristics of 1.25Cr-0.SMo-Si steel were presented.
