马齿苋总黄酮含量测定方法的建立

Establishment of Determination Method of Total Flavonoids in Portolaca oleracea L.

目的建立马齿苋总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法,用芦丁作对照品,测定马齿苋药材中总黄酮含量。结果该方法在0.004～0.064 mg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(R=0.9999),当显色体系反应完全后对照品和供试品液在25 min内稳定性良好,重复性好(RSD=0.001%,n=6),精密度高(RSD=0.0001%,n=6),平均回收率为100.8%(RSD=2.66%,n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确,可用于马齿苋药材的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for determination of total flavonoids in Portolaca oleracea L.Methods The content of total flavonoids was detected by using UV spectrophotometry and rutin is used as reference substance.Results The linear range of total flavonoids was 0.004～0.064 mg·mL-1（r= 0.9999）.Reference substance and sample had good stability and repeatability（RSD=0.001%,n=6） in 25 mins when the colour-display system had responded completely.The precision was high（RSD=0.0001%,n=6） and the average recovery was 100.8%（RSD=2.66%,n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,and can be used effectively for the quality control of Portolaca oleracea L..
