摘要
基于空腔流激振荡原理,提出一种结构简单、又无运动部件的流量测量装置。该装置在测量过程中,具有压损小、动态响应快等特点。同时,提出可利用空腔流激振荡进行能量收集,为测量过程中的信号测量、数据处理、数据传输等供电。
Based on the principle of flow-induced cavity resonance,a type of flow rate measuring device with simple structure and no moving parts is proposed.This measuring device has the advantages of low pressure loss,fast transient response.Furthermore,an energy harvesting method based on the effects of flow-induced cavity resonance and piezoelectric conversion is proposed to supply electricity for the signal measurement,data process,and data transmission.
