摘要
为了实现测量参数监控,开发了基于高性能微控制器和彩色显示模块的智能仪表,研究了监控参数的数值显示、曲线显示和柱状图显示方法。参数显示以中文提示与数值显示的方式,为了达到实时显示的目的,参数显示采用显示窗口尺寸固定与动态刷新窗口结合的方法。通过建立测量参数与显示模块像素之间的坐标转换关系,在显示模块上实现了测量参数的实时曲线和柱状图显示功能。并通过工程应用实例验证了方法的可行性。
In order to monitor measured parameters,a smart instrument which based on a high-performance microcontroller and a color LCD module is developed.Thereafter,some methods are introduced for the parameters displaying in numeric,curve and histogram.When LCD displaying parameters,a display mode which uses prompt item in Chinese and parameter value in numeric charactors is applied.To display parameters in realtime,an approach is developed which opens a fixed-size window for parameter value displaying and refreshes the window dynamically during working.For the purpose of displaying parameters in dynamic curve and histogram,a series of coordinate transformation formulas are set up which transform montoring parameter value to the LCD pixel matix.These dveloped methods have been verified by some applications in the paper.
