The measurement of soldering time in the process of wave crest soldering

波峰焊接的焊接时间是波峰焊接过程中最重要的参数之一,它通常要控制在3～6 s的范围之内,这样需要焊接的电子元件不会因为热应力导致损坏而获得好的焊接质量。但是随着锡锅内焊锡的减少或者增加、波峰泵的不稳定等因素,波峰焊接的焊接时间也会发生变化,而直接影响焊接质量。因此定期的测试波峰焊接的焊接时间是非常重要的。

The soldering time is one of the most important parameters in the process of wave crest soldering and is usually limited from 3 to 6 seconds so that the electronic elements being soldered will not be damaged because of thermal stress and a high soldering quality will be obtained.But as the soldering time will vary with the increasing or decreasing of soldering tin in the tin pot or unstableness of the wave crest pump.The soldering quality will be affected as well.So it is very important to measure the soldering time regularly in the process of wave crest soldering.
