摘要
目的 :观察MEBO治疗尖锐湿疣的效果。方法 :用二氯乙酸涂抹疣体表面 1 5分钟 ,再用生理盐水擦洗 ,即于疣体表面及带部涂MEBO。 1 36例患者每 6小时～ 8小时给药一次 ,8病例每 1 2小时用药一次 ,疣体较大范围较广泛的 3例患者 ,增加换药次数 ,并行分期治疗。结果 :每日接受 3次换药治疗者 4天～ 6天痊愈 ,每 1 2小时治疗一次的病例半月内痊愈 ,并经随访观察 ,未见复发。结论 :MEBO对尖锐湿疣有良好地的治疗作用。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating pointed condyloma. Method:136 cases of pointed condyloma were treated in the center. The surface of the lesion area was first treated with dichloroacetic acid for 15 minutes, and washed with normal saline, then MEBO was applied to the lesion area. MEBO was applied every 6 to 8 hours(3 to 4 times a day) and 8 cases of the same disease were treated with MEBO 2 times a day(every 12 hours), 3 cases with large lesion areas were treated more frequently. Results: Patients received MEBO 3 times a day cured in 4 to 6 days. Patients received MEBO 2 times a day cured in half a month. No recurrence happened after followed up. Conclusion: MEBO has good efficacy in treating pointed condyloma. [
