摘要
为提高恩诺沙星水溶性,采用溶液搅拌法制备恩诺沙星-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物,并通过正交试验设计确定最佳制备方法及工艺。利用相溶解度法、紫外分光光度法、红外分光光度法对包合物进行鉴定。通过正交试验筛选的最优处方为恩诺沙星与羟丙基-β-环糊精的摩尔比为1∶2,包合温度60℃,包合时间3h,溶解度增大了165倍。结果表明,恩诺沙星与羟丙基-β-环糊精可形成稳定的包合物,羟丙基-β-环糊精可提高恩诺沙星的溶解度。
EF-HP-β-CD was prepared by the stirring method in order to enhance its aqueous solubility,and optimum procedure for preparation was selected by orthogonal design.The inclusion compound was identified by phase solubility diagram,UV spectrum and infrared spectrum methods.The ratio of host/guest molecules was HP-β-CD∶EF=2∶1,inclusion temperature was 60℃,inclusion time was 3 h.The solubility of EF-HP-β-CD inclusion complexes was 165 times than that of EF.A stable enrofloxacin inclusion complex was successfully prepared and the water solubility of enrofloxacin was improved significantly.
