摘要
进行了部分禽用生物制品外源病毒检测的鸡胚检查法、细胞检查法和鸡检查法。鸡胚检查法应用SPF鸡胚检验;细胞检查法主要通过鸡红细胞吸附试验、禽白血病病毒ELISA和禽网状内皮组织增生症病毒IFA检验疫苗是否含有外源鸡红细胞吸附因子、禽白血病病毒和禽网状内皮组织增生症病毒,并提出疫苗检验的判定标准,为各兽用生物制品生产企业新城疫疫苗的外源病毒检验提供参考。
The chicken embryo detection method,cytoscopy method and chicken detection method,which could be used for exogenous virus test of biological products of avian origin were established.Embryo detection method was conducted by using SPF embryoes.Cytoscopy method was used to detect exogenous erythrocyte adsorption factor,avian leukosis virus and avian reticuloendotheliosis virus mainly by chicken erythrocyte adsorption test,avian leukosis virus ELISA detection and avian reticuloendotheliosis virus IFA detection,respectively.The standard of criterion of detection of vaccine was put forword.It could provide reference for exogenous virus detection of biological products of avian origin in veterinary biologics production enterprises.
