摘要
企业文化对培训项目的成功实施发挥着重要的影响力,是调节组织需求与个人需求冲突的一个重要工具。本文从企业文化的角度出发,以文化影响力模型(CIM模型)为切入点,深入分析了企业文化影响力对培训项目的作用机理,以期对人力资源开发人员思考如何在培训实施过程中应对文化影响力因素提供一点启示。
Corporate culture,a significant tool of regulating the conflict between organizational needs and individual needs,is an important factor influencing the successful implementation of training programs.This article the cultural influence model(CIM) as the starting point,and made an in-depth analysis of the impact mechanism of corporate culture to training programs from the perspective of corporate culture.The author also provided a little inspiration that human resource development personnel could think about how to deal with the culture influences during the process of training implementation process.
