摘要 为使常规电能表能对贸易结算方面数据的交换和电量的控制进行测试和考核,全面实现自动化检测预付费电能表功能,设计了预付费电能表功能检测装置。该装置通过计算机软件和插卡模拟器的结合,实现自动插拔卡操作;采用断电续流设计,完成继电器功能检测。同时,增加了光电检测系统、继电器状态检测系统等检测措施。实践证明,该装置实现了对预付费功能的自动检测和判断。 In order to test and evaluate the data exchange in trade settlements and the control of electric quantity by using conventional electric energy meters for comprehensively and automatically implementing functional detection of prepayment electric energy meters,specific detection device is designed.Through combining computer software and plug-in card simulator,the operation of plug-in and pull-out for the card is implemented automatically.The function of relay is detected by adopting the design of power wheeling.In addition,some detecting measures are added,photoelectric detection system,and relay state detection system,etc.The practice verifies that prepayment function is detected and judged automatically by this device.
