摘要
根据当前混合现场总线控制系统的系统构架,对FF H1现场总线系统、Profibus-DP现场总线系统以及由它们构成的混合现场总线系统进行了实时性分析。给出了混合现场总线系统控制周期、总线宏周期和报文循环时间的设置和计算方法,为工程设计人员设计混合现场总线系统提供了重要参考依据。最后,说明了对混合现场总线进行实时性分析具有重要的理论价值和实用价值。
Based on system architecture of existing hybrid fieldbus control systems,the real-time performances of FF H1 fieldbus system and Profibus-DP fieldbus system as well as their hybrid fieldbus system are analyzed.The setup and calculation methods of the system control cycle,field macro cycle and message cycling time are given.These provide essential references for engineering personnel in designing fieldbus systems.The theoretical value and applicable values of analyzing real-time performance for hybrid fieldbus system are expounded at last.
