摘要
介绍6×31WS-PWRC—14钢丝绳设计、生产过程。钢丝绳主要工艺设计参数:钢丝绳捻距倍数为7,外层1×31WS股捻距倍数为7.5,内层1×7股捻距倍数为7.5;钢丝绳捻制系数为3.07,外层股捻制系数为5.07,内层股捻制系数为3.05。根椐股捻距倍数,确定股中各钢丝直径比,最终计算出各股钢丝直径。给出钢丝绳生产工艺:外层股捻距为33.7~35.1 mm,内层股捻距14.7~15.3 mm,中心股捻距16.9~17.6 mm,钢丝绳捻距为96.6~100.8 mm;预变形器的辊间距一般为钢丝绳捻距的86%~92%,压弯量为钢丝绳直径的1.4~1.6倍。通过改变生产工艺,生产的6×31WS-PWRC—14钢丝绳破断拉力比普通方法捻制的钢丝绳高9.3%,并达到微旋转的要求。
Abstract To introduce the design and production process of 6 x 31WS -PWRC-14 tiny-rotation wire rope. The main process design parameters of the wire rope: lay pitch multiple of rope is 7, the lay pitch multiple of 1×31WS outer layer rope and inner layer 1×7 strand are all 7.5 ; the lay coefficient of rope is 3.07, that of outer strand is 5.07, that of inner layer is 3.05. According to strand lay pitch to determine steel wire diameter ratio in strand, and the steel wires diameter are calculated. The production process of wire rope are given : outer layer strand lay pitch is from 33.7 to 35.1 mm, inner layer strand lay pitch is from 14.7 to 15.3 ram, center strand lay pitch is from 16.9 to 17.6 mm, wire rope lay pitch is from 96.6 to 100.8 mm; the roller distance of pre-deformer is 86% to 92% of wire rope lay pitch, the bend is 1.4 to 1.6 time of wire rope diameter. The breaking force of 6×31WS - PWRC-14 wire rope produced by altered process is 9.3% higher than by common method, and reach tiny-rotation requirement.
